Your services, items and discounts
Services are what you charge for, with a price and how long they take. Items and discounts are the extras you add at checkout.
Your service list is what you pick from when you build a booking — full groom, bath and tidy, nail trim. Tap the + button and give each one a Service name, a Price and a Duration in hours and minutes. The duration is what decides how much room the booking takes on your day.
Search the list from the top, and use the Active and Removed tabs to bring one back with Restore if you took it off by mistake.
Items and discounts
These are the extras you reach for at checkout, kept apart from your main service list. Tap + and choose Item or Discount, then give it a name.
- An item is something you sell — a bottle of shampoo, a bandana. Give it a set price, or pick Decide at Checkout if it varies.
- A discount takes money off. It can be a Fixed Amount, a Percentage, or decided at checkout.
None of these prices are locked in. At checkout you can change any line's price for that one job without touching your list.
