Before you ask
- Do I have to put a card in to try it?
- Yes, on every plan including the 30-day Founders trial. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel from your phone in two taps before then.
- What if I go over the SMS allowance?
- Messages keep sending at 8c each. We don't cut you off mid-week — a confirmation that silently fails to send becomes a no-show, which costs a lot more than the message did.
- What if I hit the Solo booking cap?
- Solo is built for a part-time round. Five dogs a day, five days a week passes 80 bookings around day 22 of the month, which is the point where Assistant becomes the cheaper answer.
- What is Founders 100?
- The first hundred paid signups get Assistant at the Solo price, locked for 24 months, plus a 30-day trial instead of 14.
- Can I get my data out?
- Any time. Clients, bookings and invoices export in a format a spreadsheet can open.
- Can you move my data across from what I use now?
- We'll help. Send us the export and we'll go through it with you, agree what's worth keeping and clean it up together — but we won't promise an import sight unseen. Some exports are messy, and you'll see exactly what's coming across before it does.
