Two dogs, different services

Every service is attached to one dog, so one can have a full groom and the other just a nail trim.

Every service you add is attached to one dog, so a booking with two dogs can have a full groom for Bella and a nail trim for Max.

That's why the app asks which dog each time you add a service — in the booking, and again under "Add a service or item" at checkout. There's no shared service that covers the lot.

It also means the invoice reads the way the client expects. Each line names the dog it was for: "Full groom (Bella)", "Nail trim (Max)".

A dog that isn't on file

Sometimes there's an extra dog on the day — a sister's, a neighbour's, someone staying over. Pick "Another dog" from the pet list instead of a saved pet. In the booking you can type its name; at checkout the line is just labelled "Another dog".

"Another dog" is deliberately not a saved pet. It keeps a one-off visitor from being filed under the wrong owner, while still getting its own line and its own price on the invoice.

If that dog turns into a regular, add it properly to whoever actually owns it.
