Alerts and making the text bigger
Both live in the profile menu — a master switch plus four categories for alerts, and three sizes for text.
Tap your profile picture in the top right to open the profile menu. Everything below is in there.
Which alerts reach your phone
Open Notification preferences. At the top is Push notifications, the master switch — turn it off and nothing gets through at all. Under it, four you can turn off one at a time:
- Bookings — confirmations, cancellations, reschedules.
- Billing — trial reminders and payments.
- Sync — Google Calendar connection problems.
- System — SMS balance warnings and announcements.
They all start on.
Making the text bigger
Straight down the profile menu, under TEXT SIZE, there are three:
- System follows the text size set on your phone.
- Large and Larger make it bigger regardless of what your phone is set to.
Right above it, THEME switches between Light, Dark and following your phone.
Pick Larger if you're reading between jobs in bright sun. Some screens restack to fit — the two money cards on Today, and the buttons on a booking that isn't confirmed yet, go one above the other instead of side by side.
