Put your logo and wording on invoices
Upload a logo in Business details → Branding; set your footer and payment terms under Invoicing. Colour is set on the web portal.
Your logo goes on in Settings → Business details, under Branding — tap the upload box and pick an image off your phone.
Once it's uploaded, a copy is kept on your phone, so an invoice PDF looks the same in a dead zone as it does at home.
A PNG with a see-through background sits best on the invoice header.
Your own wording
Footer text and Payment terms live in Settings, under Invoicing. The footer is the line at the bottom — a thank-you, or your bank details. Payment terms is the note about when you expect to be paid. The same screen sets your invoice prefix and the next number.
Colour
The accent colour on your invoices is set on the web portal, in Settings → Branding, not in the app. Sign in at your dashboard on a computer and you'll see a live preview as you change it.
The rest of the layout is fixed on purpose, so every invoice you send looks like it came from the same business.
