Parking a client on the waitlist
Add someone who'd take an earlier slot to the waitlist, then offer them one by text the moment it opens up.
Add a client to the waitlist from the Waitlist tab when they'd take an earlier slot than what's free. When something opens up, open their entry and pick the slot — "Lock in & SMS" books it straight away and texts them, or "Offer via SMS" texts a link so they can grab it themselves first.
New enquiries work the same way. Tap "New lead", add a name and number, and Clippers Base texts them a form to fill in their own address, pet, and the times that suit them. Once they fill it in, it lands on the waitlist ready to offer or book.
The Offered tab shows every offer you've sent and its state — pending, declined, no response, or withdrawn.
